My Journey into Well-Being
My own personal journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me invaluable insight into the complex challenges that face each of us as we try to balance personal, family and professional aspirations and needs. This, and over 25 years of professional experience as a therapist, coach and compassionate communication trainer, enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, competency and authenticity to the work I do with others.
As an internationally certified coach and experiential therapist, I bring a unique and potent combination of skills, research-based tools and creative custom-designed exercises to the table that clients tell me make a meaningful and sustainable difference in their lives.
I believe that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Coaching isn’t about “fixing” you or anyone else; it’s about shifting your energy and attention away from chaos and distraction, toward the many strengths, dreams, values and sense of purpose that live in your heart and your core. From there, the rest is easy.
I have been told that I am kind, easy to talk to, genuine, direct and funny. I have also been affectionately called a “morale whisperer” and a “positive mindset architect.” (Of course I have been called other things too!) I like to enjoy the journey, and invite you to do the same.
